Platter of seasonal fruits with a passion fruit sorbet and a champagne syrup

Chicken, pistachio and apricot terrine with a celeriac remoulade, a red chard salad and mustard dressing

Tomato and red pepper soup with basil crisps

Trio of smoked and cured salmons with a potato and caviar salad and a lemon and black pepper aioli

Asparagus, Roquefort cheese and walnut salad with warm beetroot, crème fraiche and balsamic dressing


Breast of chicken stuffed with a basil scented cream cheese wrapped in parma ham served with a white wine and chive cream

Braised daube of beef with garlic and rosemary served with hand cut potato fries, field mushrooms, vine tomatoes and a rich pan jus

Grilled fillet of salmon served on a roasted vine tomato and mussel stew with saffron potatoes and basil ravioli

Pan-fried seabream fillets served on a bed of creamed petit pois and smoked Ayrshire bacon with sautéed potatoes and wilted greens
